Being DEI Chair is something that has meant the world to me. Often times Greek life is seen as an exclusive culture, when it reality it is a place for everyone. Because of this, it is my job to ensure that every member in my chapter is being educated on DEI related topics. For example, I do many different DEI workshop presentations during chapter meetings, all on different topics. These workshops have taught all members to recognize when action needs to be taken. This alone has allowed me to see the positive impact I have made and will continue to make. DEI is truly making such a huge difference and I am so proud to have been part of this impact.
